Under the sparkling lights of the Radisson Blu banquet hall on Wednesday night, the real estate community gathered to honor exceptional members of the Chicago REALTOR® family at the 133rd annual Inaugural Gala. The event included the installation of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® 2016-2017 Board of Directors, and honored several individuals for their contributions and positive influence, among which were the recipients of the Managing Broker of the Year Award.
The Managing Broker of the Year Award recognizes a REALTOR® in good standing with at least five years of experience as a Managing Broker, with current active involvement at the local level, recognized business accomplishments and high principles of faithfulness to the principles of good real estate practices and the Code of Ethics among other brokers and the public. This award has two distinct categories: 1-50 Licensees and 51+ Licensees.
Joe Castillo has been recognized by C.A.R. as a Top One Percent Producer since 2010. As a Top 500 Hispanic REALTOR® in America by Realty Biz News, and a 2012-2016 NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agent, it is no wonder the brokers at E.R.A.
