The Chicago Association of REALTORS® proudly presented our 136th Annual Inaugural Gala on Thursday, September 26. During the festivities, we debuted our 2019-2020 Board of Directors and honored several members for their contributions throughout the year, including the recipient of the Managing Broker of the Year (1-50 Licensees) Award.
The Managing Broker of the Year Award (1 – 50 licensees) recognizes a REALTOR® in good standing with at least five years of experience as a Managing Broker, with current active involvement at the local level, recognized business accomplishments and faithfulness to the principles of good real estate practices and the Code of Ethics among other brokers and the public.
Managing Broker of the Year (1-50 Licensees): Lutalo McGee, Ani Real Estate
Lutalo McGee has built and grown Ani Real Estate into a well-respected Chicagoland residential and commercial brokerage. A recipient of multiple Top Producer awards, Lutalo has enjoyed merging time-tested best practices in our industry with current technological advances to provide clients with exceptional representation throughout the buying and selling process. To continue coaching his brokers and protecting his clients’ best interest, Lutalo actively seeks opportunities to learn and stay informed. He has earned several industry designations, which have given him expertise in areas such as buyer representation, military relocation, senior buyers and sellers, foreclosures and commercial investments, among others.
