Get an MLS Only Subscription
MLS Only Licensees & Appraisers
Direct access to MRED for eligible real estate professionals and appraisers
You must hold an active appraiser’s, real estate broker’s or managing broker’s license with IDFPR or your state’s licensing body. The MLS Only Subscription provides access to MRED and the tools available to MLS Only Subscribers.
MLS Only is a subscription product and does not include REALTOR® membership, authorized use of Chicago REALTORS® forms and contracts, use of the REALTOR® brand or other REALTOR® member benefits.
Subscribe as an Out-of-State REALTOR®
Access MRED through the Chicago REALTORS® while maintaining your REALTOR® membership with another association
This MLS Only Subscription is available at a special price to active REALTORS® licensed outside of Illinois who need access to MRED.
You must maintain active REALTOR® membership with another local REALTOR® association.
