Why the Private Listing Network?
MRED’s Private Listing Network has operated since 2016 as a broker-to-broker database, structured, governed and entirely separate from public-facing platforms.
What the PLN is:
- A secure, MLS-governed database visible only to MRED participants within connectMLS.
- A CCP-compliant pathway for listings with no public marketing; entering a listing in the PLN without publicly marketing it means your local MLS’s Clear Cooperation Policy submission deadline may not be triggered.
- A way to pre-market listings to more than 48,000 real estate professionals without accumulating public days on market.
- Seller-controlled distribution to Virtual Office Websites (VOW), with advanced display options for property address, listing remarks, online comments and automated valuation model (AVM) data — putting the choice in the hands of the seller and their agent.
Pricing
All pricing reflects current rates for service from May 2026 through September 30, 2026. All fees are reviewed annually by the Chicago Board of Directors and are subject to change.
