Meeting Space Available for Rent

The Chicago Association of REALTORS® and REALTORS® Real Estate School are able to offer desirable meeting room space rentals when our classrooms are not in use. Are you looking to rent meeting space or training space for a reasonable fee? Don’t look any further.

Classroom Rentals

Clean, modern and nicely decorated, our office classroom sites are well equipped for seminars and a variety of programs. Classroom meeting space can be set-up Classroom Style, U-Style, or Theater style (View Room Rates & Seating Styles). All classrooms are equipped with overhead projectors, screen, and computer with internet connection. Renter is required to utilize Chicago Association of REALTORS®’s computer. The aforementioned A/V equipment is provided at no cost to the Renter. All catering needs must be coordinated and paid for by the Renter directly with the caterer.

Renters must be on hand to meet any vendors, caterers, set-up people, etc. for which they have contracted prior to the meeting and agree that the Chicago Association of REALTORS® and its staff are not responsible for payment, acceptance and/or signatures.

During non-business hours at the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, before 9:00 AM or after 5:00 PM Monday – Friday, association staff presence will be required and a fee will be invoiced at $50/hour.

Tenant agrees to conduct the event in a manner appropriate for the first-class nature of the Building. Tenant assumes full responsibility for the conduct of any of its agents, employees, contractors, guests or invitees. Owner and its agents reserve the right to deny admittance to the Building, the conference facilities or other facilities for any reason whatsoever. Tenant and its agents, employees, guests and invitees shall abide by all reasonable rules and regulations promulgated by Landlord from time to time. Tenant is responsible for any damage to room and/or equipment and for the return of all equipment provided. Tenant is responsible for setting up and removing all items which are not the property of the Building. Owner may require different or additional insurance, depending on the nature of the use or if alcohol will be present. All indemnification, insurance, limitations on liability, and waiver of subrogation provisions set forth in Tenant’s lease shall be applicable to both the event and Tenant’s use of the conference facilities, as if the same was a portion of Tenant’s leased premises.

  • Reservations will not be fully confirmed until the completed reservation form is received. Please note the following:

    Tenant must contact C.A.R. at or at least one week prior to the event to confirm the room set-up, any special requests, and to provide a list of all attendees. Each event reservation requires a ten percent (10%) non-refundable deposit. All reservations must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to the event. During non-business hours at C.A.R., before 9:00 AM or after 5:00 PM Monday – Friday, association staff presence will be required and a fee will be invoiced at $50/hour (Minimum of 4 hours).

RESERVE A CONFERENCE ROOM – Complimentary for Members!

One of the best new benefits of our new space is conference rooms for your use, complimentary for Chicago Association of REALTORS® members! Reserve a conference room for a workgroup or client meeting, or book a space to get some of your work done in private. Conference Room One has seating for four, and Conference Room Two has seating for six.

Rules & Regulations

Conference room reservations are complimentary for Chicago Association of REALTORS® members, although they must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Non-members may book a conference room at a rate of $125 per day.  A credit card will be required upon making your reservation, and no-shows will be charged a $50 fee for each day it is reserved. Reservations may be made only during normal business hours, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Rooms must be returned to the condition in which they were found. The Chicago Association of REALTORS® reserves the right to assess a fee if the meeting facility or equipment is damaged or otherwise not returned to its original condition. Materials may not be set up in the reception, hallway or member lounge area, and all deliveries must be signed for by the responsible party.
