

Join us at the 2026 Capitol Conference & REALTOR® Lobby Day! This is your opportunity to join hundreds of members in advancing our industry with Chicago legislators in Springfield — and we’ve made transportation easy.

Limited street parking is available at the bus pickup site located near the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (1314 E. 47th St.). Rideshare is highly encouraged to this location.

Board the bus in the morning (arrive by 5:45 AM) with fellow REALTORS® at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (1314 E. 47th St.). The bus will depart from this location at 6:00 AM SHARP.
Upon arrival in Springfield, we’ll stop at the Bank of Springfield Center for registration. Then, we’ll enjoy lunch while hearing about important legislation that impacts our industry. Following lunch, we’ll visit the Capitol and see the REALTOR® influence in action. The day will conclude with the Lobby Day Reception, followed by more networking and fun on the bus ride home.
IMPORTANT: All Members MUST check-in at the Illinois REALTOR® check-in desk upon arrival at the Bank of Springfield Center and pick up their name badge. If your name badge is not picked up, Illinois REALTORS® will consider you a no-show and you will incur a $75 fee to your member account.
This is a Chicago REALTOR® Members-only event. Capitol Conference is open to Illinois REALTORS® members and industry partners. If you are an eligible attendee who is a non-Chicago REALTORS® member interested in riding the bus to the 2026 Capitol Conference and REALTOR® Lobby Day, please submit your request to events@chicagorealtor.com. If space on the bus is available a week prior to the event, you will be notified.
All cancellations must be made in writing by emailing events@chicagorealtor.com by Friday, April 10th. Any cancellations after this date or no-shows on the day of the event will incur a $75 fee to their member account.
