Online & Self-Study

Our online and self-study courses are perfect if you prefer to learn at your own pace. The big difference is whether you prefer a digital interface or a physical textbook.


Upon course registration, you’ll receive an emailed receipt followed by an invitation to the course(s) you registered for. Your purchased online course must be taken within 90 days of the registration date. After this time, courses will automatically expire and will not be accessible. Upon completion of each course, you will receive a transcript and a survey via email within 5 business days.


Download your course materials and review at your convenience; you can read on your computer or print them out. When you’re done, follow the steps included in the course materials to make your final exam appointment. Pay for your course when you make your final exam appointments.

The At Home With Diversity® course is part of a comprehensive cultural diversity outreach program founded by the National Association of REALTORS® and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to certify real estate professionals who have made a commitment to a set of diversity principles.

AHWD training is built on the letter and spirit of the Fair Housing Act. It provides participants with tools to build diversity outreach into their business plans to best serve a dynamic and growing market as well as improve the industry’s ability to serve culturally diverse consumers.
