Home Warranty Grant Application

We want to help provide you with extra piece of mind for your new home purchase. If you have already purchased a home warranty, we are providing twenty (20) $250 reimbursement grants to ease the financial burden of the upfront costs of buying a home. Applicants must:

• Be a CAR member client
• Have closed on a home within the last six months
• Be a primary owner of the home
• Be a first-time homeowner

Have already purchased a home warranty and provide proof of purchase Please note that applicants who purchased homes in underinvested communities will receive priority consideration when applicants are selected.
