As a Chicago REALTOR®, you will also belong to the Illinois REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®, extending your resources and representation at the state and national levels.

A licensed Real Estate Appraiser wishing to join the Chicago Association of REALTORS® must submit a completed “Appraiser Office” new member application (below) along with a copy of their license and full payment of all applicable fees.

A licensed Real Estate Appraiser who wishes to join the Chicago Association of REALTORS® as a member of an existing appraiser member office, rather than independently, must submit a completed New REALTOR® Member application (below) signed by the responsible member of their office along with a copy of their license and full payment of all applicable fees.
important:
Any appraiser who wishes to access MRED through a Chicago Association of REALTORS® membership must submit a completed MRED participation agreement along with their application.
