The Chicago Association of REALTORS® proudly presented our 138th Annual Inaugural Gala on Friday, September 24. During the festivities, we debuted our 2021-2022 Board of Directors and honored several members for their contributions throughout the year, including the recipient of the Affiliate of the Year award.
The Affiliate of the Year Award recognizes the outstanding contributions of a Chicago Association of REALTORS® Affiliate Member to the Chicagoland real estate industry, with a demonstrated and ongoing leadership of at least three years.
In the mortgage banking industry for almost 20 years, Hipolito Garcia is an Area Manager with Caliber Home Loans. His dedication and diligence in helping clients close on their homes has driven his reputation as a professional and community leader. His passion for creating sustainable homeownership for the Hispanic community empowers him to go above and beyond in making that mission a reality. His industry leadership is also notable, serving as the 2019 President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, a past director on CAR’s board and a member of the Mortgage Banking Executive Advisory Board.
