How Your Home Works for You: Comfort, Health & Value

The Chicago Association of REALTORS® Sustainability Committee presents How Your Home Works for You, an in-home program exploring how a home’s design, construction and operation shape the comfort, health and wellbeing of the people who live there. 

From floor plan to HVAC, from air quality to acoustics, from documentation to defensible value — this conversation moves through the home the way buyers, owners, appraisers and architects actually see it. 

What You’ll Learn:

Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of what drives comfort and performance, the documentation that protects long-term value and the local resources available to assess, plan and improve any home in the Chicago market. 

Featuring a keynote conversation with Sandra K. Adomatis, SRA, LEED Green Associate, past President of the Appraisal Institute and the national authority on high-performance home valuation.
