Your next appraisal inspection is going to look different. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are retiring the legacy appraisal forms REALTORS® have used for decades. In their place: UAD 3.6, a new dynamic Uniform Residential Appraisal Report that changes how property information gets collected, documented and shared throughout the transaction.
Join us for a straightforward look at what’s ahead during appraisal inspections and what it means for your transactions.

This is a virtual event. On the day of the event, a reminder email with the link will be sent two hours prior to the event start time. To join the event, you must be logged into your Eventbrite account using the same email you used to register.
