Appraisals Are Changing: What UAD 3.6 Means for Your Business

Your next appraisal inspection is going to look different. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are retiring the legacy appraisal forms REALTORS® have used for decades. In their place: UAD 3.6, a new dynamic Uniform Residential Appraisal Report that changes how property information gets collected, documented and shared throughout the transaction.
