You asked, and we listened! The dues billing period will begin during the summer, in response to your feedback that you’d like to make payments towards your dues when there is more market activity. You also expressed interest in having a longer period of time to submit dues payments, as well as smaller payment amounts.
For 2019-2020, if you are opted into a payment plan, there will be six (6) installments, each payment totaling under $250, with the timeline extended from six (6) months to nine (9) months.

Moses Hall Named to REALTOR® Magazine’s 30 Under 30
Each year, REALTOR® Magazine does a national search for its 30 Under 30 class, which recognizes thirty young individuals who are making a difference in the world of real estate. This year, three Chicago REALTORS® were selected as finalists, and one of them was named to the official 2019 30 Under 30 class.
Join us in congratulating Josue Duarte, Realty of Chicago, Moses Hall, MoHall Commercial Real Estate and Development, and Jordan Pyle, Keller Williams Chicago – Lincoln Park, for being named to the list of 50 finalists. The final round tallied votes from the NAR selection committee, and Hall was named as an official 2019 REALTOR® Magazine 30 Under 30 winner.
This is a well-deserved honor for all three Chicago REALTORS®. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to shaping and advancing our industry!
CEO Michelle Mills Clement Named to Prestigious ASAE Fellows Program
Congratulations to our CEO Michelle Mills Clement, CAE, who was accepted to the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) Annual Fellows Program, an honor accorded to fewer than one percent of association leaders.
Mills Clement earned peer endorsement and completed a comprehensive application and interview process prior to her selection, and her commitments to community development, diversity and education
made her a standout candidate.
In addition to her role as CEO, she holds Nonprofit Management (MNM) and Certified Association Executive certifications. Recently, Mills Clement was elected to the Board of Trustees at her alma mater, Bradley University, where she’s a champion for diversity. As a 2019 ASAE Fellow, she will coach future association leaders, identify association trends and make strategic plans and recommendations for advancement. Next time you see her, be sure to ask her about the Fellows Program and congratulate her for receiving such a prestigious recognition.
