We’re always working together to increase the level of professionalism in our industry – and a new tool is making it easier than ever to test your knowledge and the service you’re providing to your clients.
The National Association of REALTORS® launched the Commitment to Excellence endorsement, an innovative, award-winning tool exclusively for REALTORS®. This is a free member benefit to help you be at your best!
Here’s how it works: you start with a self-assessment to measure your proficiency in the elements of professionalism, including:
- Client service
- Professional reputation
- Real estate law
- REALTOR® Code of Ethics
- Equal service to all (Article 10 of the Code)
- Advocacy of real property ownership
- Trust and integrity
- Use of technology
- Data privacy
- Areas of practice
- Creating an environment of excellence in your office
*For Managing Brokers exclusively!
Once you’ve finished the assessment, the C2EX program will create a personalized learning path for you, complete with resources and tips for filling any demonstrated knowledge gaps and completing the Commitment to Excellence competencies. The program will record and remember your progress each time you return to the site.
Once you complete all the competencies, you’ll receive the C2EX Endorsement, an achievement you can promote to clients and colleagues. The associated marketing items you can use for promotion include social media messaging, banners, press releases, shareable images, posters, table tents, and a personalized certificate to showcase your endorsement.
In the highly competitive real estate business, pursuing the C2EX Endorsement can give you a marketplace edge, says NAR CEO Bob Goldberg. “Not only that, but the program enables REALTORS® to lead the way in improving consumer perceptions of our industry.”
