Chicago Association of REALTORS® Global Real Estate Council is excited to host its annual New Residential Development Tour, featuring several locations across the globe and locally. This year the virtual tour and in-person tour have been combined into one event. The morning will consist of a virtual tour of breathtaking views of the latest construction properties in two of the world’s most beautiful countries. The afternoon will consist of private showings with developments throughout the city.
The live virtual tour will take place at the Chicago Association Of REALTORS® office. After the virtual tour, attendees will be shuttled to and from each local development.
Representatives from each local development will provide members with an insider’s look at their development process, luxury trends and more.
A continental breakfast will be served in the office, and snacks will be served on the bus. Make sure you bring plenty of business cards for networking and wear comfortable shoes.

Your health and safety is of the utmost importance to us. As COVID-19 is predominantly spread through close contact, out of an abundance of caution, all events through April 30 will be either canceled or postponed, except for Coffee with Your GADs, which will take place virtually. This includes our annual Sales Awards, which we are working to reschedule.
If you have registered for one of our upcoming events, look for an email with further details. All tickets for paid events will be automatically refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days to see the refund on your bank statement. Questions? Please reach out to our events team.
