In response to the evolving industry, we’re expanding access to Chicago’s MLS so out-of-state REALTORS® can tap into one of the most advanced MLS platforms in the country, while keeping our members’ interests at the center of everything we do.
About this new offering
We’re now offering MRED Access Subscriptions for out-of-state REALTORS® who need access to Chicago’s MLS tools. These subscriptions give out-of-state brokerages access to MRED’s benefits and features — including listing entry, syndication controls and the Private Listing Network — without requiring full Chicago REALTORS® membership.
All out-of-state subscribers must be active REALTORS®, held to the same NAR Code of Ethics as every member of this association.
How This Affects Chicago REALTORS®
For Chicago REALTORS®, your membership, your MLS access, your pricing — none of that changes. This offering is for out-of-state REALTORS® only, and it doesn’t affect your existing subscription or the benefits you count on.
What it does do is strengthen the MLS data you rely on every day. More participants means more complete market data, a more competitive platform, and continued investment in the tools that help you serve your clients at the highest level.
