Chicago REALTORS® Rise Up
It was amazing to see so many of you at our summer events, especially our Rise Up Summer Soiree at Offshore Rooftop. What a beautiful evening to celebrate all we have accomplished together and to honor our committed volunteers, especially our president, Nykea Pippion McGriff. It was a year unlike any other, beyond all expectations; we deserved a celebration! Plus, I won’t soon forget that breathtaking sunset! It feels so good to see photos of many of you back in our magazine. Be sure to check them out
here.
Scaling Your Business
The road to top producer is not the same for everyone, which is arguably one of the coolest facets of a real estate career. So, how do you choose the route best suited to your strengths, goals and market niches?
You asked, and many of your peers answered! Check out insights and responses to frequently asked questions about how to scale your business. YPN even dove into this topic head-first during their June breakfast livestream – you can check that recording here!
REALTOR® Safety
September is REALTOR® Safety Month, and a great time to take inventory of your safety plans and policies. We interviewed Glen Brooks, the Chicago Police Department’s Director of the Office of Community Policing, to discuss how you can establish relationships with beat officers in the neighborhoods where you work. I encourage you to read his insights.
Social Media
The marketing and social media landscape evolves constantly, and we continue to get requests for social media advice, so we brought in Katie Lance to update us on the changes to expect in the year ahead and how you can leverage and adapt these changes for your business. It is a great read and energized me to begin our 2022 planning!
As always, I’d love to hear from you!
