The Chicago Community Trust has partnered with Chicago Cityscape to create a brand new Scavenger Sale Portal.
The Scavenger Sale Portal helps locate and analyze the investment potential of properties that are up for auction. The portal is free to everyone and has several filters to home in on the location, size, and type of property. Further site selection, market analysis, and property due diligence may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
Cityscape hopes the Scavenger Sale Portal will encourage mission-minded and emerging real estate developers to take advantage of these unique opportunities.
