Three Steps To Renew Your Broker License
The deadline for completing your CE and renewing your license as a Broker is April 30, 2024! Do you have everything you need? Here’s a helpful list of steps to complete before next Tuesday!
Step 1
Identify how many hours of CE you need to complete (based on the issue date of your license, which you can look up here).
Step 2
Complete your required coursework! You can look up how many hours you have completed here. If you know you still have more hours to go, sign-up for online, self-paced classes here.
Step 3
Renew your license with the state of Illinois. Access their portal here. Friendly reminder: you will need to pay a license renewal fee to IDFPR.
