Illinois Moves Into Phase 1B of COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution

Illinois has moved into Phase 1B of distribution of the COVID-19 vaccination. This phase applies to those who are 65 years old or old and “essential frontline workers,” which includes first responders, education, food and agriculture, manufacturing, corrections workers and inmates. If you are eligible to receive a vaccination in this phase, appointments can be scheduled through: REALTORS® are expected to be included in the next phase of vaccinations, Phase 1C. Information on who will be eligible in this phase is still being defined, but guidelines from the Center’s for Disease Control and Prevention’s Committee on Immunization Practices indicates that it will include those who are 16-59 with medical conditions that put them at risk of COVID-19 and any other essential workers.
