Meet Suzet

Sterling Bay is working to create innovative spaces throughout Chicago, particularly for life science laboratories and office space. Principal & Director of Life Sciences with Sterling Bay, Suzet McKinney, DrPH, MPH, knows that using real estate as a tool in our communities will make a difference in the health outcomes throughout Chicago, especially in communities in need.

Meet Cherryl

Cherryl Thomas, the Chief Strategy Officer for Ardmore Roderick, is passionate about preserving historic properties. She looks at housing stock and commercial corridors to determine what can be maintained or renovated, with the overall goal of stabilizing communities.

Meet Collete

Collete English Dixon, the Executive Director of the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate at Roosevelt University, is making sure young people, specifically, minorities, know that real estate opportunities are out there. She helps them find pathways for successful careers where they can also make a difference in their communities.

Meet Shaylyn

Shaylyn Cullen, President of Cullen Construction Management, is a woman in the male-dominated field of construction. She sets up mentoring opportunities for young adults coming into the industry, with the ultimate goal of closing the gender gap in her industry.
