Michael LaFargue Finalist in National GNA

Congratulations to Michael LaFargue, president of West Chesterfield Community Association (WCCA) and associate broker with Coldwell Banker Residential! LaFargue is one of ten finalists of the national Good Neighbor Awards, which recognizes REALTORS^® from across the nation who dedicate countless volunteer hours to improving the lives of their neighbors and serving as leaders in their communities. LaFargue spearheaded a community surveillance initiative through the WCCA in 2017, uniting his community so they could work together to keep each other safe. Following an uptick of crime in his neighborhood, West Chesterfield’s network of support and robust camera system has helped LaFargue and his neighbors take ownership in protecting their homes and families. Over the course of his 12-year tenure as President of the WCCA, LaFargue has also led community block clubs, dog and garden walks, Curb Appeal competitions and other unifying endeavors to fill West Chesterfield with a sense of pride and support.
