Awards Include:

REALTOR® OF THE YEAR

The REALTOR® of the Year is the most coveted award that can be bestowed by one’s peers. This award is based on the outstanding contributions of a REALTOR® to the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, the Illinois Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

REALTOR® ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

This award is based on the outstanding contributions of a REALTOR® to the Chicago Association of REALTORS® and to the Chicagoland real estate industry.

REALTOR® ACHIEVEMENT – COMMERCIAL AWARD

This award is based on the outstanding contributions of a REALTOR® to the Chicago Association of REALTORS® and to the Chicagoland Commercial real estate industry.

REALTOR® COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD

This award is based on the outstanding contributions of a REALTOR® to his/her local community, as well as being an active member of the local association.

AFFILIATE OF THE YEAR AWARD

This award is based on the outstanding contributions of an Affiliate Member to the Chicago Association of REALTORS® and to the Chicagoland real estate industry.

REALTOR® MANAGING BROKER AWARD

Two awards may be given annually, based upon the number of licenses under the direct management of the managing broker:

• 1–50 licensees
• 51 and above licensees

BRIAN A. BERNARDONI POLITICAL ADVOCACY AWARD

This award is based on the outstanding contributions of a REALTOR® or affiliate member in the public policy, political and/or legislative advocacy area and in keeping with the REALTOR® Party spirit to “Vote…Act…Invest.”
