Remind Your Clients: October 1 is the Last Day to Pay Property Taxes Without Late Fee

City of Chicago property taxes must be paid by Thursday, October 1, to avoid significant late fees. To download a copy of your tax bill or to make a payment: After October 1, any balance will be charged an additional 1.5% for each additional month the bill is not paid.
