As REALTORS®, you know better than anyone how overwhelming purchasing a home can be, especially because of the upfront costs that come with the purchase. Encourage your clients to apply for our new Home Warranty Grant, powered by the CAR Foundation.
Recent homebuyers will get a $250 reimbursement for their home warranty purchase. Applicants must:
- Be a CAR member client
- Have closed on a home within the last six months
- Be a primary owner of the home
- Be a first-time homeowner
- Have already purchased a home warranty and provide proof of purchase
Please note that applicants who purchased homes in underinvested communities will receive priority consideration.
