As the Member Care Manager, Pam is responsible for the supervision and oversight of the daily activities of the Member Care Team.
Hometown: Chicago, but she grew up in Evanston and Northbrook
Interests/Hobbies: Checking out new restaurants, going to the movies and theater and enjoying live music. She also tries to take full advantage of the summer months to bike ride. She enjoys traveling as much as time permits and, most importantly, spending time with her 8-year-old nephew.
Fun Fact: She was once in a travel and tourism video for St. Martin.
What she is most excited about when it comes to working for CAR: She is passionate about employee collaboration, engagement, development and giving back. She is excited to be part of an organization that values its employees and members, and believes CAR clearly demonstrates these qualities.
