Remine Pro cuts out much of the back-and-forth work to compile data on assessments, tax amounts owed and ownership and sales histories. The program can even provide and net equity assessments and mortgage information. Remine Pro has an algorithm which allows brokers to see how likely someone is to sell a property, and then lets the broker track that property if there are any changes which indicate an owner might be ready to sell. This “Sell Score” rates properties based on high, medium or low likelihood to sell. It complements a “Buy Score” which is attached to individuals and rates them according to the likelihood they may be interested in buying property. STREAMING FUNCTIONALITY PLANNED FOR VIRTUAL OPEN HOUSES
Remine Pro is debuting a new service which will allow brokers to more easily stream open houses from their mobile device. The service will allow the virtual content to feed out through social media platforms including Facebook and TikTok.
