The Chicago Association of REALTORS® proudly presented our 138th Annual Inaugural Gala on Friday, September 24. During the festivities, we debuted our 2021-2022 Board of Directors and honored several members for their contributions throughout the year, including the recipient of the REALTOR® Achievement award.
The REALTOR® Achievement Award recognizes a REALTOR® in good standing with at least five years in the field, who demonstrates positive leadership within their local association and is active at the local, state and national levels.
REALTOR® Achievement Award: Marty Walsh, Dream Town Realty
Marty Walsh’s driving force is consistency; it’s something his clients have come to know and expect. He uses his expert negotiation and data analysis skills to help them make sound decisions in their investments. He is also a consistent presence within CAR, serving as a director on the board and as a longtime volunteer, chairing many committees and using his voice to help drive the future of our association. Marty is rooted in every aspect of the industry and his business as a powerful voice for his client’s private property rights. His passion for public policy has established him as a true industry advocate.
