About the Bylaws
The Chicago Association of REALTORS® regularly conducts a review of its Bylaws to ensure they remain up to date and aligned with industry standards. Regular review is critical to maintaining a strong governance framework, allowing us to proactively address changes in the real estate industry and ensure clear and consistent policies in our governing documents.
The 2026 Proposed Amendments
There are three amendments being proposed.
We invite you to review the proposed changes and then join us on August 20th at the Annual Business Meeting & Summer Soiree, where we will host a member vote on the revisions.
