By subscribing to Commercial Forum, I acknowledge and agree as follows:
CommercialForum is a subscription service of the Northern Illinois Real Estate Information Network.
I shall pay the established fees due and payable as long as I remain a subscriber of CommercialForum. I understand that all fees paid to CommercialForum are non-refundable. I authorize and give CommercialForum permission to communicate with me via phone, e-mail and/or fax. I certify that in signing the application to join CommercialForum, all answers given on my application are true and complete.
The Chicago Association of REALTORS® have the right to alter, modify, and remove forms and content at anytime and for any reason from the CommercialForum, and in the event that the Chicago Association of REALTORS® requests that CommercialForum members stop using or disseminating a form or a version of a form provided through CommercialForum for any reason, I shall do so immediately.
The real estate forms that are provided and made available through CommercialForum are subject to copyright and are the intellectual property of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® and other third parties; I shall not alter or copy, or encourage others to alter or copy, the forms and content provided through CommercialForum in a manner not intended by the Chicago Association of REALTORS® or in violation of copyright or other intellectual property laws; I shall not sell the forms and content accessible through CommercialForum or provide unauthorized access to the forms and content provided through CommercialForum; and I shall use the forms and the content therein only for their intended purposes and in compliance with the law.
I acknowledge that the real estate forms are provided for informational purposes, the Chicago Association of REALTORS® does not warrant that the content of the forms is suitable or appropriate for any specific real estate transaction, the provision of the forms does not constitute legal advice from the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, and that prior to using such forms for a real estate transaction, I should consult an attorney and direct any parties executing the forms to seek legal advice from an attorney.
I shall indemnify, hold harmless, and at the Chicago Association of REALTORS® option, defend the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, attorneys, and agents to the fullest extent of the law from any and all damage, costs, loss, risk, liability, and expense (including attorneys’ fees and costs) from claims that may be asserted at any time against any of those parties in connection with my use or dissemination of the forms and other content provided through CommercialForum or violation of these Terms of Service; provided, however, that this indemnity does not, and will not, apply to willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. I also hereby waive any rights to monetary damages against the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, attorneys, and agents.
