Knock Out Your Code of Ethics Training Early!

As a REALTOR®, you must complete 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics training every three years. The deadline to get in compliance with this mandatory training is December 31, 2021. Please don’t wait until the last minute! Failure to complete this required ethics training by December 31, 2021, is a violation of your REALTOR® membership duty and will result in suspension of your membership until training is completed. Appraisers and attorneys — this applies to you, too! The only Chicago REALTORS® exempt from this requirement are those with REALTOR® Emeritus status. Knock your training out early at ChicagoREALTOR.com/EthicsTraining.
