Broker License Renewal Deadline: September 30, 2020

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the broker license renewal deadline was extended from April 30, 2020 to September 30, 2020. If you are a licensed broker (or leasing agent!), you must complete your required continuing education then follow these steps:

Still Need to Take CE Courses?

As a licensed broker, you may fall into one of three continuing education categories. This is based on the year you earned your license which you can look up here.

OPTION 1

I was licensed before February 1, 2018.

Required to complete by September 30, 2020:

OPTION 2

I was licensed between February 1, 2018 and August 8, 2019.

Required to complete by September 30, 2020:

OPTION 3

I was licensed between August 9, 2019 and November 1, 2019.

Required to complete by September 30, 2020:
I was licensed on or after November 2, 2019. AKA you were issued a Real Estate Broker License on, or AFTER 11/2/2019 and on, or before 4/30/2020. You don’t need to complete your 45 Hours of Post-Licensing until the next renewal cycle on April 30, 2022. However, we advise all new licensees to complete their 45 Hours sooner rather than later.
