Every year during our Sales Awards, we honor the outstanding listing and selling accomplishments of our members, including our commercial members! This is your opportunity to celebrate your successes from the year and, more importantly, demonstrate the power of cooperation that exists in the Chicagoland commercial real estate market. Top producers will be featured in Chicago REALTOR® Magazine and receive certificates by mail after the event.
All CAR and CommercialForum members are eligible for consideration for commercial transactions completed in the 2021 calendar year. Qualifying commercial properties include: Multi-Family 5+, Retail, Industrial and Office. Please include all your 2021 commercial transactions – both non-MLS and MLS – in this application.
You must apply separately for the commercial awards and submit evidence of your commercial-specific production.
The deadline to apply for commercial awards is Monday, January 10, 2021, at midnight.
